Anote estas dicas e vá de carro, táxi, Uber ou metrô desembarcar na AVENIDA PAULISTA, que não por acaso é a avenida mais famosa, lembrando que aos domingos é totalmente livre aos pedestres, e flanando por este trecho da avenida no Bairro Bela Vista, mergulhe num mundo de cultura, lazer e até na perfeição da natureza:

1. SHOPPING PÁTIO  PAULISTA, Rua 13 de Maio com Avenida Paulista. Lá você deixa o carro, pode fazer uma refeição na Praça de Alimentação, ou tomar um café no ótimo OFNER localizado no térreo, e na volta pode parar no "happy hour" do bom restaurante alemão BRAUGARTER, com música ao vivo, e chope artesanal para quem não estiver dirigindo. Saia do shopping e atravesse a rua em direção à espetacular JAPAN HOUSE, a primeira destas casas aberta no mundo, uma iniciativa global do governo japonês para ser um centro vivo de informações e atividades dentro de 3 andares, onde desvela múltiplas visões do Japão contemporâneo. No térreo têm café com doces e chás japoneses, e espaço multimídia/biblioteca, com jardim externo. 3. CASA DAS ROSAS, Av. Paulista, 37. Impossível
não parar neste jardim do Espaço Haroldo de Campos de Poesia e Literatura, para sentir o perfume destas rosas belas e enormes em plena selva de pedra.

4. SESC AVENIDA PAULISTA, Av. Paulista, 119. Neste prédio de 17 andares recheado de exposições não deixe de ir até o último andar, onde está o café, e também literalmente planar acima desta avenida no MIRANTE passarela, aonde você terá uma vista de tirar o fôlego e belas fotos. Terça à sábado das 10h às 22h. Domingos e feriados das 10h às 19h. Grátis.

5. MUSEU DE ARTE DE SÃO PAULO, Av. Paulista, 1578. E para fechar esta bela caminhada com chave de ouro, impossível não visitar o MASP, esta construção maravilhosa de 1947, com um vão de 70 metros sustentados por 4 pilares, que abriga importantes obras de Renoir, Dega e o retrato de Madame Cézanne pintado pelo seu marido, entre outras.

If you are passing through by São Paulo capital, believe that in only one afternoon you can enjoy a lot this diversified megalopolis.
Take a note of these tips, and by car, taxi, Uber or subway get off in the Paulista Avenue, which not by random is the city most famous avenue, open just for the pedestrians on Sundays, and strolling on this side  of the Bela Vista neighborhood you'll plunge in a world of culture, leisure and even of the nature perfection:

1. SHOPPING PÁTIO PAULISTA, 13 de Maio St and Paulista Ave. There you can park your car, have a meal in the good Food Court, or have a coffee in the excellent OFNER Cafe on the ground floor, and when  you come back to take your car, stop in the "happy hour" of the very good BRAUNGARTER  restaurant, serving German food, with live music and handcrafted draft beer for whom is not driving.

2. JAPAN HOUSE, 52  Paulista Ave., Bela Vista. Leaving the shopping just cross the street in direction at this spectacular house, the first to be opened in the world, the global initiative of the Japanese government, the aim for it is to be a living center of activities and information about present-day Japan. This house covers 3 floors and unveils multiple views of this country. On the ground floor houses a multimedia area/library with an outside garden, a cafe serving Japanese sweets and teas. Now until January, 6th, 2019 is  showing the unmissable exhibition for the fashion and technology fans. Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm. Sundays and Holidays from 10am to 6pm. Free.

3. HOUSE OF ROSES, 37, Paulista Av. It's impossible don't stop in this amazing garden of the Haroldo Campos Poetry and Literature Space, to feel the scent of these huge and beautiful roses growing in this jungle of stones.

4. SESC, 119, Paulista. Ave. In this building of 17 floors stuffed of artworks exhibitions, don't miss to go up to the top where is a Coffee Shop and a footbridge GAZEBO with a breathtaking view to take nice pictures. Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 10pm. Sundays and Holidays from 10am to 7pm. Free.

5. SÃO PAULO ARTE MUSEUM, 1578, Paulista Ave. To finish this wonderful walk, it's impossible don't visit the MASP, this fabulous building built in 1947, with a big space of 70 meters susteined by 4 cornerstones, housing important artworks of Reinoir, Dega and a portrait of Madame Cézanne by her husband, and others. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Thursdays from 10am to 8pm. Free on Tuesdays.

Duas Barras este pequeno município localizado na região serrana do Rio de Janeiro, com 12.000 habitantes, distante 180km do Rio, e 46km de Nova Friburgo, é aonde o seu filho mais ilustre, o  compositor e cantor sambista Martinho da Vila reina absoluto não só com a sua escultura, mas também contribuindo com a gastronomia local; e este bucólico lugar também encantou o músico Novaiorquino Lenny Kravitz, que acabou comprando uma fazenda em 2007, e que dizem os nativos, costuma circular tranqüilamente por lá.

O famoso Bacalhau de Duas Barras, a deliciosa receita do "Seu" Everardo que Martinho da Vila mudou a receita original do peixe frito para o peixe grelhado, virando o "Bacalhau à Martinho da Vila", o qual ele retribui a bela homenagem em um dos seus sambas que diz "é um lugar especial para quem é sentimental e aprecia um gostoso bacalhau". Prove esta iguaria no MOINHOS BAR E RESTAURANTE, Praça Governador Portela, Centro.

3. DICAS DE EVENTOS:
Entre os eventos, o FESTIVAL DE BACALHAU   no mês de novembro, na Vila do Bacalhau, uma vila temática com vários restaurantes, é o maior evento gastronômico da cidade, com muita música e atrativos.

Duas Barras is a small city located in the countryside of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with 12.000 inhabitants, distant 180km from Rio, and 46km from Nova Friburgo, is where its illustrious son the Brazilian's "sambista" singer and composer Martinho da Vila reigns totally, not even with his sculputure but also contributing with the local gastronomy; and also this bucolic  place enchanted the New Yorker singer Lenny Kravitz, who bought a farm there in 2007, and the local people use to say that's he uses to walk peacefully there.

Stroll on the downtown's city enjoying the colonial houses and the Conceição Our Lady Church, built in 1855, located around the main square; or go to take a picture with Martinho da Vila's sculpture; and if you have spare time visit the Cachoeira do Thadeu waterfall, Estrada Duas Barras, 144 Road, Carmo Km 03, a leisure space inside of a farm in the exuberant nature, with 5 available weirs to fish as "pay for what you fish", a motocross track, and a camping area. 2. WHERE TO EAT:
The famous dish "Duas Barras Cod Fish" the delicious recipe of Mr. Everardo, which Martinho da Vila changed a little bit, instead of the fried fish for the grilled fish, becoming the "Martinho da Vila's Cod Fish", whose the singer reciprocated this homage in one of his samba lyrics saying: "It's a special place for whom is sentimental and appreciates a delicious cod fish". Try this delicious dish in the MOINHOS BAR and RESTAURANT, Praça Governador Portela square, Downtown.

3. LOCAL EVENTS TIPS:
Among the local events the COD FISH FESTIVAL in November, in a theme Cod Fish Village with several restaurants, is the city biggest in gastronomy, with many shows and attractions. The 1st edition of typical food AIPIM COM TORRESMO FESTIVAL happened last May of 2018, the event was a success, and for sure the next will come!
