E a partir de Salta quem quiser se aventurar têm este imperdíveis destinos, pela Ruta 9 rodando 123km, onde se pode avistar simpáticas lhamas, animal que suporta bem o calor seco da região, vai chegar  na província de San Salvador de Jujuy. Se rodar 187km vai chegar em Purmamarca cidade do deserto aos pés do famoso Cerro de los Siete Colores, uma linda montanha de 7 cores formada a partir de sedimentos marinhos, também famosa por seu rico artesanato. E para uma experiência única e fascinante, distante 139km, não deixe de conhecer Salinas Grandes, onde 12.000 hectares de sal formam uma infinita vastidão branca, e é considerado o terceiro maior salar do mundo. E para os amantes do vinho, com mais 189km se chega em Cafayete para se encantar com os mais altos e lindos vinhedos da América do Sul, e por lá visite o Museo de la Vid y el Vino, Av. Güemes South, contando a história desta preciosa bebida.

1. HOW TO ARRIVE:
By plane arriving in the Salta Martin Miguel de Güemes Internacional Airport, distant 7km from city's downtown. By car or be part of an expedition, which "Azimut Expeditions" does this route very well in 4×4 vehicles.

Strolling along the "Plaza 9 de Julho" square where is the Salta Cathedral, built in 1858, which every year on September 15th welcomes thousands of faithful to the "Virgem do Milagre Saint" thanking her the attribution of the miracle to stop the earthquakes there since 1692. A little far you'll find the first building built in 1625 housing the "Basìlica Convento São Francisco" church. There are also archaeology museums.

From Salta drive 123km by the Ruta 9 road, watching lots of friendly "llamas" (local animal of this region), to arrive in the San Salvador de Jujuy Province. Driving 139km to the desert city of Salinas Grandes, where the 12.000 hectares of salt forming an infinite white ground, and is considered the third biggest "salar" in the world. And for the wine admirers go to Cafayete distant 189km from Salta, and find the highest and most beautiful vineyards of South America, and there visit the Memory of the Wine Museum telling the history of this precious drink. Another beautiful desert city is  Purmamarca at the foot of the famous Cerro de los Siete Colores, an amazing 7 colors mountain, also this city is famous because of its beautiful local crafts.
