Se estiver visitando a cidade  de Nova Iorque, um passeio muito legal que pode ser de apenas 1 dia, é pegar um ônibus atravessar o Lincoln Tunnel, e após 200km chegar na cidade balneária de Atlantic City, Nova Jersey, fundada em 1854, com 39.000 habitantes.

1. QUANDO IR:
Pode ir à qualquer época do ano, mas por ser uma cidade praiana, e para aproveitar melhor os shows e eventos de verão ao ar livre, evite ir no inverno americano (dezembro até março), por ser muito frio e neva.

2. COMO CHEGAR:
Em Nova Iorque, vá até a New York Port Authority, Oitava Avenida, 8th Ave entre as ruas 40th e 42nd St,  e já aproveite para conhecer a maior estação rodoviária do mundo, compre a  passagem ida e volta pela GREYHOUND que vai direto sem paradas e costuma dar cupons de descontos para refeições em Atlantic City. Preste atenção nos horários da volta para pegar o ônibus no local do desembarque ou em outro cassino. O primeiro ônibus sai do NY Port Authority às 6:30h com horários frequentes, e o último sai de Atlantic City às 23:55h.

3. O QUE FAZER:
Circule pelo deck (boardwalk), e pelas 2 avenidas, a Atlantic Ave. e a Pacific Ave., que são as principais e paralelas. Entre nos maravilhosos cassinos Ballys, Ceasars, AC Hilton, Wild Wild West e Borgata considerado o melhor e também o recém inaugurado Hard Rock Casino. Se informe sobre o show de águas WATER SHOW que costuma acontecer no centro à  cada hora. Vá visitar o ATLANTIC CITY AQUARIUM, 800N Av. New Hampshire, 5 minutos distante do deck, com muitas atrações marinhas, também pode assistir alimentação de animais como arraias. Aberto das 10h às 17h. Já o museu RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT, claro que só entrando para acreditar ou não. Aberto das 11h às 19h.

4. ONDE COMPRAR:
As lojas mais luxuosas estão no THE PIER SHOPS à frente do Caesars Palace que são só para olhar mesmo, já para compras vá ao TANGER OUTLETS, Baltic Av, 2014, para encontrar outlets da Nike entre  outras marcas famosas, em várias lojas enormes e com ótimos preços. Aberto das10h às 20h.

5. ONDE COMER:
Além dos hotéis cassinos, a orla oferece várias opções de bons restaurantes com uma vista oceânica perfeita.

If you are visiting New York city, in 1 day you can do a cool tour to the Atlantic City, New Jersey, just take a bus crossing the Lincoln Tunnel, and after 200km you'll arrive in this beach town with 39.000 inhabitants, founded in 1854.
Take a note of these tips, to enjoy and also to try your luck in this illuminated city by lots of casinos, excellent restaurants and a good outlet:

1. BETTER SEASON TO GO:
You can go there anytime, but is better to avoid the winter season, in a beach town where have more events in an open air with hot temperatures.

2. HOW TO ARRIVE:
In NYC by your GREYHOUND roundtrip bus ticket in the NEW YORK PORT AUTHORITY, 8th Ave., between 40th and 42nd St, the biggest bus station. A non stops trip, and a complimentary discounts for meals in Atlantic City. Pay attention in the bus schedules and stops to get back. The first bus leaves from Port Authority at 6:30am and the last one leaves from Atlantic City at 11:55pm.

3. WHAT TO DO:
Strolling by the boardwalk, and on the 2 main parallel avenues, the Atlantic Ave. and Pacific Ave., visiting the fabulous casinos Ballys, Ceasars, AC Hilton, Wild Wild West and Borgata which is considered the best, and also the newly opened Hard Rock Casino. Ask about the WATER SHOW which used to happen hourly in the city's downtown. Go to the ATLANTIC CITY AQUARIUM, 800N New Hampshire Ave, 5 minutes away from the boardwalk, with many sea attractions, and watch feeding animals like the stingrays. Open from 10am to 5pm. In the RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT museum you should go inside to believe it or not of course! 0pen from 11am to 7pm.

4. WHERE TO BUY:
The luxury stores are at THE PIER SHOPS in front of the Caesars Palace, perfect to just browse, to buy go to the TANGER OUTLETS, 2014, Baltic Ave., there are Nike and other famous brands. Open from 10am to 8pm.

5. WHERE TO EAT:
Besides the hotels casinos, on the shore you'll find many good restaurants with a perfect ocean view.
